Discount Voucher Redemption

1. Each Discount Voucher that you acquire from VirtualEye creates a right to obtain a defined discount on specified products/services available for sale at specified retail stores, business premises, online-store during their trading hours only. The Discount Voucher may, however, only be redeemed-
   • by the person to whom it has been issued, and
   • where all the applicable Discount Voucher Terms (including any restrictions which may be stated) have been fulfilled.
2. The service provider may ask that you provide them with suitable evidence of your right to use the Discount Voucher before you may redeem the benefit. The service provider is not obliged to redeem Discount Voucher under the following circumstances-
   • When the subscription is cancelled;
   • When the subscription is suspended;
   • where redeeming the Voucher would be illegal
   • where redeeming the Discount Voucher would be practically impossible where, for example, our computer systems are not functioning properly or the product to which the Discount Voucher applies is unavailable for any reason.

Discount Voucher Issue Conditions

1. VirtualEye may from time to time make available electronic discount vouchers and via our computer systems for redemption against products offered for sale at some of our retail stores, business premises, online-store in South Africa.
2. Each such Discount Voucher offer is made subject to these general terms as well as the specific Terms will be referred to set out on the relevant Discount Voucher offer or otherwise be made available on our computer systems.
3. VirtualEye may, at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you, change the description and/or terms applicable to any Discount Voucher offer or discontinue the availability of any such offer.
4. Should there be any conflict between the terms contained in this document and the Discount Voucher Terms, the Discount Voucher Terms will prevail. It is your duty to familiarise yourself with the relevant Discount Voucher Terms before participating in a Discount Voucher offer or attempting to redeem a Discount Voucher.

Discount Voucher Descriptions

1. Each Discount Voucher offer will set out at least the following in its Discount Voucher Terms:
   • The value of the Discount Vouchers expressed either in South African Rand or as a percentage discount;
   • The specific product(s) against which the Discount Vouchers may be redeemed;
   • The stores and/or premises and/or region where the Discount Vouchers may be redeemed;
   • The period for which the offer and/or the issued Discount Vouchers are valid (if applicable);
2. Any other specific condition, restriction or limit which applies to the issue or redemption of the Discount Vouchers. This may include a minimum and/or maximum purchase discount amount / percentage or any other spend requirements;
3. The location where the discount Voucher Terms may be obtained.
4. Discount Voucher Offer Restrictions:
   • Only South African residents may take up Discount Voucher offers. We may ask you to provide adequate proof in respect of this requirement;
   • Only persons over the age of 18 and able to conclude binding contracts may subscribe and participate in our Discount Voucher offers. We may ask you to provide adequate proof of this requirement
   • Not more than one Discount Voucher per person and household will be available under any Discount Voucher offer;
   • Each Discount Voucher may be redeemed only once per business transaction, over multiple usages;
   • A Discount Voucher is not transferable. It may therefore only be redeemed by the person to whom it was issued unless we give our written consent for the Discount Voucher to be transferred to another person;
   • A Discount Voucher is exclusive to only a VirtualEye offering;
   • Your participation in a Discount Voucher offer may be subject to additional criteria (e.g. a minimum age) with which you will need to comply. Examples: If a Discount Voucher applies only to specific stores, you may not redeem it at any other stores;
5. If the Discount Voucher applies only to certain specified product/service, it may not be redeemed against any other products/services;
6. If the Discount Voucher applies only to certain period, you may not redeem it during any other period;
7. Discount Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers of any kind;
8. Discount Vouchers cannot be used to pay taxes, shipping and handling or other charges which may apply to the purchase of the products to which Discount Vouchers relates.

Subscription and Issuing of Discount Vouchers

1. Before you can become eligible to participate in our Discount Voucher offers, you will be required to complete the prescribed subscription process, subject to the following:

1. you may notify VirtualEye at any time if you want them to stop sending you such communications. This may be done by sending VirtualEye an email to support@virtualeye.co.za;
2. VirtualEye may from time to time make available certain Discount Vouchers for certain products or stores as described in the relevant Discount Voucher Terms. We may restrict the number of discount Vouchers to be issued to you and/or your household to discourage unfair practices.

Subscriber Consent

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not submit any request to participate in our digital Discount Voucher offers.

• I am a South African resident
• I am 18 years or older and able to conclude binding contracts without assistance
• I therefore agree that my personal information may be collected and used according to such policy. This includes the sending of information about promotions which may be of interest to me.

Service Provider Liability

1. While VirtualEye will try to ensure that the information concerning their Discount Vouchers are complete and accurate, they provide no warranty in this regard. VirtualEye therefore deny (to the maximum extent permitted by law) liability for any loss you may suffer because of any omission and/or inaccuracy contained in any voucher or any related information.
2. While VirtualEye will try to ensure that any Discount Vouchers they issue may be redeemed, they do not warranty that they will always be able to do so. VirtualEye therefore deny (to the maximum extent permitted by law) liability for any loss you may suffer should they be unable to redeem a Discount Voucher.
3. VirtualEye will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses of any kind whatsoever which may stem from your participation in any of their Discount Voucher offers (whether in contract, statute or delict), save to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
