Health / Fitness provides a daily exercise program to subscribers structured and designed by a dedicated team of professional, experienced and qualified fitness trainers, coaches and instructors. This benefit can be enjoyed in a home / work / training facility / gym / outdoor – no more excuses NOT to exercise. Healthy people enjoy a BETTER quality live.
The training programs will provides the following benefits:
Daily Exercise Programs
- The training programs provide unique training sessions between Monday and Friday and may not repeat any of the previous exercise programs. No training programs will be available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Each exercise program will be removed from the platform on a daily basis.
Max-6 Training Exercises
- Only 6 training exercises will be available per day. The training exercises is structured to focus on only 2/7 Zone areas, per training session. The training exercises will consist out of “sets per exercise / reps per exercise / quantity per exercise”.
Zone7 Training Areas
- Upper Body (Chest / Back / Shoulders / Arms)
- Lower Body (Glutes / Quadriceps / Hamstrings / Calves)
- Full Body (Compound Movements – multiple muscle groups)
- Core (Abdominals / Lower back / Transverse abdominals)
- Cardio / Endurance Training (walk / running / cycling / swimming)
- Mobility / Flexibility (stretching / Yoga / Pilates)
- Balance / Stability (balance boards / single-leg work, ext.)
Family-Time
- Daily exercises can be enjoyed: individually / family.
