PAIA MANUAL
For the PAIA manual, the PAIA Form 2, 3 and Form 5 documents are to be included with the PAIA Manual once finalised as separate annexures that can be downloaded on their own from your website, or you may include a link to the Information Regulator's website to access the forms. The Information Regulator PAIA Guides are to be published along with the PAIA Manual on your website (there is one in English and Afrikaans as you must publish the Guide in at least 2 languages). I have attached these for your ease of reference.
